隨著馬來西亞與中國經濟的緊密相連，那么婚姻也是越來越緊密了，馬來西亞人與中國人結婚的案例也是越來越多，那么如若涉及到談婚論嫁的地步，小孩如果在中國出生需要如何辦理馬來西亞出生證呢？這里面還是要注意幾個地方的：
一、Father of the child is a Malaysian citizen首先父親得是馬來西亞人，如果不是最好在馬來西亞出生，Registration is made within one year from the date of birth小孩出生一年內有效，Address in home country居住過地址，Address of relative or next of kin that can be contacted，常住地址；
二、如果上面的條件都能滿足，那么就繼續準備如下文件
