小曹整理一些最近傳的沸沸揚揚的21號驅逐逾期逗留外國人簽證問題的一些大家比較關心的問與答，希望對各位有用（順便大膽猜想一下，馬來西亞最近確診遲遲不能控制不知是否受了印度的影響，因為印度疫情已經完全失控，且印度裔馬來西亞人打斷筋骨連著根的關系網絡，可能很多確診案例在遠遠不斷的非法入境馬來西亞也說不定，所以各位身邊印度人多的還是得預防一些比較好）。
Question:
Can a foreigner [whose social visit passes have expired] stay in Malaysia after 21st April 2021?
問題一，4月21號之后social pass逾期逗留外國人還能否呆在馬來西亞？
Answer:
No, it is not allowed. Foreigners who are still stranded in Malaysia on 21st April 2021 need to apply for a Special Pass to extend their stay here. Appointments need to be made online through our STO system before coming to the nearest Immigration office. All applications must include a supporting letter from the respective答案是不能，繼續逗留至少需要申請SP簽證，可以通過STO系統來完成就近移民局的預約做申請，但是需要證明性文件支撐逗留的必要性如下：
Embassies/ High Commissions, proof of accommodation, and financial sufficiency while staying in the country.

問題二，外國人訪問簽到期要離境的話咋辦？
Answer:
All foreigners who had overstayed from 1st January 2020 until 21st April 2021 may leave the country before 22nd April 2021 without obtaining a Special Pass from the Immigration Department of Malaysia.從20年1月21號入境一直逾期到現在的人群可以在不申請SP的前提下在22號也就是明天之前離境，政策是這么出，但是具體你還是要致電移民局問清楚比較好，畢竟馬來西亞各部門有時候的溝通步調還是不那么清晰明了，需要我們多多探知，還有需要注意的是以前有不好記錄在護照上顯示的，買關的，黑名單的，假工簽的，假蓋章的能不能在出境時被刁難被扣留小曹還真不好說，自己把握吧。
