Local council / Majilis licence (PBT) is a licence which you need to get from the respective local Government. Depending on your company’s physical office/shop location, you need to apply from respective location such as DBKL, MPPJ, MPSJ, MPK, etc.
一、基本上來說你要在馬來西亞做生意，就需要到這么一個市政議會牌照的東西，也就是馬來西亞營業(yè)執(zhí)照申請，相當于我們國內的工商營業(yè)執(zhí)照，它的馬來文叫法是Majilis licence 簡稱PBT。去哪里申請要看你的公司地理位置已經營業(yè)范疇等。
This license is MANDATORY for all application with Government ie Application to KDN for hiring foreign workers from source of country, expatriate / employment visa (EP) and many others.
二、這個是法律規(guī)定的一個硬性條件，為啥？因為沒有執(zhí)照你的營業(yè)就不能進行。
To apply local council license, you need to rent/own an office/shop with Tenancy Agreement / Sale & Purchase Agreement. Make sure the owners are not defaulter in the local council.
三、通常來說你需要一個辦公產所的租賃合同來申請這個執(zhí)照，當然你的業(yè)主可不能在黑名單人士才行哦。
