馬來(lái)西亞長(zhǎng)期簽證有一個(gè)種類叫做Malaysia Professional Visit Pass (PVP)，算是一個(gè)工作簽證框架內(nèi)的長(zhǎng)期物種，但是這里面有個(gè)特別注意的地方，就是可能你一生就只能申請(qǐng)一次PVP!為什么？可能因?yàn)槊舛惏伞?/span>

Professional Visit Pass is a temporary pass that enables a foreign employee (with acceptable professional qualifications or specialist skills) to enter Malaysia for business and professional visits under a contract of service with an organisation in Malaysia. The duration of a PVP may be up to a maximum of 12 months.PVP是一種暫時(shí)過(guò)渡簽證讓外國(guó)人可以通過(guò)技術(shù)申請(qǐng)來(lái)達(dá)到入境馬來(lái)西亞長(zhǎng)期逗留和工作的目的，然后此類簽證最多能批準(zhǔn)12個(gè)月。

A PVP is issued to a foreigner with desirable professional qualifications or specialist skills, who is entering Malaysia to take up professional work for a short term period of not exceeding twelve (12) months. To qualify for a PVP, the applicant must be outside Malaysia at the time of application。PVP需要外國(guó)人要有必要的專業(yè)技能及證書才能申請(qǐng)，然后你人需要在馬來(lái)西亞以外的地方做申請(qǐng)接著入境才行。

The following type of working roles may qualify for the PVP:

如下工種可能有資格申請(qǐng)PVP工簽：

Professor/Lecturer/Speaker 課堂講師；

Researcher/Assistant Researcher 調(diào)查員及助理；

Consultant 咨詢師；

Technical Advisor 技術(shù)咨詢；

Installation and Fixing of Machines and equipment expert

Maintenance expert of Machines and equipment 設(shè)備維修員；

An Expatriate is only allowed to work with the company as stated in the pass. Besides, PVP holders are not entitled to apply for Dependant Passes for his / her family members.然后這個(gè)pvp簽證上會(huì)注明在哪家公司工作什么職位等等，還有就是PVP簽證是不能申請(qǐng)家屬隨簽人員入境的，只有ep才有這個(gè)資格，所以他向馬來(lái)西亞政府繳納的稅金也高就是這個(gè)原因。
