重要的事情只說一遍，不要轉播虛假馬來西亞疫情消息

最近馬來西亞又要開始管制新冠疫情虛假傳播新聞了，各位如果沒有確鑿證據的話最好不要在自己的網絡賬號比如說facebook或者Twitter此類型的媒介上說一些沒有經過數據證明的消息，尤其是在這個消息是大馬政府感覺有損其形象的情況下很危險喲，具體法規如下：

KUALA LUMPUR, March 11 — Individuals who create or publish fake news on Covid-19 or the Emergency proclamation could now face a fine of up to RM100,000 and imprisonment from tomorrow onwards, a check of the e-Federal Gazette showed today.從12日起，個人因為傳播新冠疫情虛假新聞或者虛假政府公告的情況，證據確鑿的情況下將面臨最高10萬馬幣罰款或拘留。

This is according to the new Emergency (Essential Powers) (No. 2) Ordinance 2021 published on the Federal Gazette website.此條例主要引用自2021緊急條例法案在Federal Gazette網站上。

“Any person who, by any means, with intent to cause, or which is likely to cause fear or alarm to the public, or to any section of the public, creates, offers, publishes, prints, distributes, circulates or disseminates any fake news or publication containing fake news commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.總之就是不要傳播疫情相關新聞引發公眾恐慌的話，會被罰款或者拘留不找過三年。

“And in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for every day during which the offence continues after conviction.如果被認定為慣犯的話，可能還會罪加一等喲，所以各位喜歡在網絡抱怨的寶寶們，在馬來西亞可千萬注意不要因為這種無聊的舉動害人害己，如果你確實已經有這樣做的，那么就趕緊把它刪掉，以免引起自己無法承擔的后果，小曹這里也是再三告知一下，外國人在馬來西亞的情況對該法案同樣適用哦，所以小心小心再小心就好。
