就像之前的rehiring計(jì)劃，整體來(lái)說(shuō)就是針對(duì)勞工簽的用戶，主要面對(duì)柬埔寨、尼泊爾、緬甸及孟加拉等15個(gè)國(guó)家的外勞，基本上針對(duì)的行業(yè)是建筑業(yè)、制造業(yè)、種植業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)等。這個(gè)馬來(lái)西亞非法勞工漂白主要包含再雇傭和合法出境兩個(gè)方面。
A total of 250,000 applications are expected to be submitted under the Illegal Immigration Recalibration Plan encompassing two main components – Return Recalibration Programme and Labour Recalibration Programme, said Immigration director-general Datuk Khairul Dzaimee Daud.據(jù)說(shuō)會(huì)有將近25萬(wàn)非法勞工會(huì)通過(guò)這個(gè)計(jì)劃來(lái)做漂白；
“All the applications were received via email and starting Wednesday, employers can submit their applications via the official Immigration portal,” he told a press conference here today.正常來(lái)說(shuō)雇主會(huì)通過(guò)系統(tǒng)做遞交；
The Return Recalibration Programme allows illegal immigrants to return to their country of origin voluntarily subject to specific stipulated conditions while the Labour Recalibration Programme regularises illegal immigrants in the country as foreign workers who could be employed by eligible employers。除了非法勞工漂白后再工作之外，該計(jì)劃還允許勞工漂白后合法離境等；
Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin said the Illegal Immigrant Recalibration Plan would be implemented from Nov 16 to June 30 next year by the Immigration Department in collaboration with the Peninsular Malaysia Labour Department and other related agencies without involving vendor or third party.然后這個(gè)計(jì)劃到明年6月30日截止，所以要弄的得盡快；
“Employers will be given a quota for the employment of foreign workers and it is based on the current eligibility ratio,” he said, adding the programme was only for illegal immigrants from 15 countries.各種配額會(huì)發(fā)給各種需要到的雇主；
According to him, a total of 12,400 illegal immigrants were currently being detained at 14 detention depots in the peninsula with most of them were from Myanmar, Pakisan, India, Indonesia and Bangladesh.據(jù)報(bào)道目前就已經(jīng)有至少12400名非法勞工被拘留在各種移民局關(guān)押場(chǎng)所，主要來(lái)自緬甸巴基斯坦孟加拉印度等國(guó)家；
As for the Return Recalibration Programme, Khairul Dzaimee said it allows illegal immigrants who have committed certain offences to voluntarily return to their home countries.漂白后再回國(guó)計(jì)劃還可以讓這些人合法回國(guó)；
Among the illegal immigrants who are eligible for the programme are those who found to be in the country illegally and have overstayed.這類人群主要是因?yàn)榉欠ù蚬ず陀馄诙毫羧巳航M成；
“Eligible illegal immigrants need to set an appointment online through the Online Appointment System and come to the Immigration office on the set date.非法勞工漂白計(jì)劃需要網(wǎng)上預(yù)約操作和到移民局做面試；
“They must also bring along certain documents such as flight tickets to their countries of origin and are also required to settle the compound before the Immigration Department can issue a special pass or Check Out Memo to them,” he said.所以這里才是重點(diǎn)，漂白計(jì)劃需要他們出示相關(guān)證明比如回國(guó)機(jī)票還有就是繳納罰款才能做出sp和COM出來(lái)合法回國(guó)，所以其實(shí)還是需要錢，嘖嘖。《莫名其妙中招馬來(lái)西亞黑名單，或因沒check out memo(COM)》《馬來(lái)西亞管制令期間special pass辦理，最好起飛前要有（有被抓案例）》。
其實(shí)這個(gè)計(jì)劃可能也是可以操作出一些中國(guó)護(hù)照配額，畢竟中國(guó)建筑工人也是很多在馬來(lái)西亞啊，就是可能配額會(huì)非常少，好了需要到馬來(lái)西亞工作簽證和馬來(lái)西亞燕窩代發(fā)貨的都可以來(lái)找小曹，謝謝。
