Residents Can Now Open Stalls Anywhere In KL, Putrajaya, And Labuan For Free，居民可以在吉隆坡、布城和納閩地區免費開檔口賣貨；
Those interested can apply online for a licence from DBKL.相關審批從DBKL網上申請即可；
This policy will take effect starting 15 November until 15 April.政策有效期暫定11月15日到明年4月15日；
The minister told Sinar Harian, "I declare all federal territories as 'free trade areas'. Everyone can do business, regardless of whether full-time or part-time, and can choose a suitable location. For example, in front of their home or at the roadside in a housing area."比如說如果你想要在你家門口開檔口或者路邊攤的話都是政策允許的；
The licence is free of charge and it will be automatically approved throughout the six-month period.審批環節是免費的，且自動審批（有什么想法？？！）；
According to Free Malaysia Today, Annuar Musa said that the licence is needed to keep a record of all the traders.
He explained, "We need their data for the long term. This is on the condition that their business does not result in any complaints from the public, do not block people's housing areas, occupy parking lots without permission, or cause litter."網絡申請審批主要也是為了保留記錄，應對公眾可能存在的投訴和維權，比如說如果你的檔口擋住別人的過道或者占用公共停車位等等，就會有不好的記錄，影響進口檔口誠信。
