這種政策就像之前小曹聊過的rehiring政策一樣，基本上都是針對(duì)那些已經(jīng)算是逾期逗留的人，尤其是做體力活的第三世界國家比較適用，因?yàn)轳R來西亞整體還是缺乏重試低端勞動(dòng)的勞工，對(duì)我們？似乎又沒什么大用處了。

Duration: 16/11/2020 – 30/6/2021.這里有大半年時(shí)間；
Scope: Legalization and Voluntary Surrender.針對(duì)主動(dòng)自首非法勞工人群；
The Plan: To address the undocumented migrants issue.
Sectors: Construction, manufacturing, plantations and agriculture.主要適用行業(yè)來自建筑、生產(chǎn)、農(nóng)桑類非法勞工；
New Intake: The freeze on the intake of new workers will remain.用于重新錄用目的；
Enforcement: After June 30, 2021, the Immigration Department will go all-out to enforce the laws on undocumented migrants.明年6月30后此政策將不再適用；
PETALING JAYA: The government will implement a plan to “regularlise” undocumented migrant workers so they they can become legalised foreign workers subject to certain conditions.滿足條件的非法勞工才可以轉(zhuǎn)正，具體是什么條件建議各位多做調(diào)查；
Home Minister Hamzah Zainudin said that under the programme, known as the Undocumented Migrant Recalibration Plan, undocumented migrants will also be allowed to return home voluntarily.
He said the plan, to come into effect from Monday until June 30, 2021, is to address the undocumented migrants issue.
“This plan will be implemented by the Immigration Department and the Department of Labour of Peninsular Malaysia and other government agencies without the involvement of third parties and vendors,” he said at a press conference today.
好了大概就是這些情況，馬來西亞基本上都會(huì)周期性出臺(tái)一些政策是針對(duì)非法勞工這個(gè)群體的，因?yàn)檫@個(gè)人群太多太窮了，你不給點(diǎn)政策，他們也就是一直黑在馬來西亞，對(duì)整個(gè)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定似乎非常不好，比如孟加拉或者緬甸這樣的國家，他們黑在馬來西亞可能會(huì)比回國的生活更好，所以也就造成非法勞工越來越多積壓在馬來西亞各種建筑工地及農(nóng)場(chǎng)里面的這種現(xiàn)狀，好了需要到馬來西亞燕窩的歡迎隨時(shí)咨詢。
