衛生部長建議馬來西亞延長RMCO，大概率9月份不開放入境
很多人問小曹關于幾時馬來西亞開放入境的問題已經不下于幾百次了，其實這個問題真的不好回答，但是也是大概率有跡可循的，基本的軌跡就是看各種部長的新聞提議，也就差不多能夠了解個大概了，這不衛生部長這兩天發聲，建議馬來西亞延長RMCO，具體新聞原文如下：
The Ministry of Health (MOH) has proposed to the National Security Council (NSC) to extend the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) that is scheduled to end on August 31.衛生部長已經向NSC提議在本月31號的基礎上延長RMCO；
Minister of Health, Datuk Seri Dr. Adham Baba said the proposal was based on the World Health Organization’s (WHO) estimation that the COVID-19 pandemic will prevail for the period of not less than two years.它的取證主要來自世衛組織關于新冠肺炎將影響世界不少于兩年；
Dr. Adham said RMCO will end on August 31 and as such the ministry has made a proposal to NSC and the Prime Minister to consider for RMCO to be extended until the COVID-19 situation is better and under control.至于延長到幾時他還沒說；
He added, the government has implemented various efforts to stop the transmissions of COVID-19 including the launching of the new normal campaign recently.他說政府將出臺新常規舉措來抑制病毒的蔓延；
The Minister added, MOH had studied the case in several aspects. The maximum fine is RM1, 000 under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 Or Act 342.
According to Bernama, MOH in its statement earlier said that Mohd. Khairuddin had committed an offence under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Procedures (Measures in Local Infected Area) 2020 Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1998 (Act 342Under this Act, the maximum fine is RM1, 000 or six months jail or both if found guilty.那些拒不執行回國后居家隔離14天的人會被封頂罰金1000馬幣或者拘留六個月；
