PETALING JAYA: International students studying at public and private higher learning institutions as well as international schools can return to Malaysia to resume their studies, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.根據報導，國際學生包括大學及學院類的學生持有簽證但是目前還不在馬來西亞的可以入境繼續學業；
The Senior Minister (Security) said these students need not apply to the Immigration Department but have to register with the Education Ministry or the Higher Education Ministry.此類學生人群不需要再向移民局做申請但是需要先到教育主管部門做注冊備案后才能入境；
"They need to register as the Immigration Department needs the list given by the Education and Higher Education Ministries for reference at the airports,” he said in his regular briefing here Friday (June 19).移民局需要一個教育主管部門的意見書來實施入境通行，具體怎樣小曹覺得還要看指導細則的出臺；
Ismail also said Malaysian students who need to continue their studies overseas or undergo exams there can also do so without writing in to the Immigration Department.針對馬來西亞學生在其他國家留學的也可以出境沒問題；
"However, our students must produce letters to prove that they need to go overseas to continue their studies or sit for tests when they want to leave the country," he added.當然馬來西亞人要出去留學的需要出份證明來解釋出國的必要性才行；
