528個亞羅興關押人員逃離檳城拘留事件

The Malaysia Immigration Department (JIM) would like to inform that a total of 528 Rohingya detainees have escaped from the Sungai Bakap Temporary Immigration Depot, Penang. The incident happened on April 20, 2022 at 4.30am.

馬來西亞移民局公告顯示，目前有528個亞羅興關押人員逃離檳城Sungai Bakap臨時拘留所，這個事情發生在本月20日。

They fled after breaking the block door and the barrier grill. The officers on duty have activated the SOP by contacting PDRM and relevant agencies for assistance. The search and arrest operation for the escaped detainees is being carried out with the cooperation of PDRM, RELA and the public.他們是集體破門而出再逃離，隨后馬來西亞執法機構啟動緊急抓捕預案，同時也是發布公告希望公眾協助舉報。

As of 10am this morning, a total of 362 detainees have been re-arrested. The search for the remaining 205 detainees is continuing in massive movement. 6 of Rohingya detainees who escaped died after crossing the North -South Highway. People who have information on the whereabouts of the escaped detainees are requested to inform JIM or PDRM.截止次日上午十點基本上也是抓到了362人，剩余205日還在抓捕追查當中，其中6名亞羅興人在穿越南北高速中死亡。

亞羅興人這個群體在東南亞各國都是一個比較大的麻煩制造者，雖然不能以偏概全，但是各位居住在檳城附近的還是注意居家安全為妙。
