馬來西亞移民局稽查礦場8名中國人被扣
Malaysia Immigration Department (JIM) has successfully defeated an Illegal Mining Syndicate in a special operation on 6 March 2024 in Kemaman, Kuala Terengganu. The operation that started at 6.00 in the morning is joined by 130 members from the Intelligence and Special Operations Division, Putrajaya Immigration Headquarters and JIM State Terengganu.馬來西亞稽查局在一次特別行動中成功取締一個非法采礦活動，時間在6日，也就是昨天，地點在瓜拉登嘉樓，從早上六點開始移民局總部組織大概130人來參與這次聯合行動。
The operation was conducted based on investigation and research over the past few weeks and as many as 39 people have been examined. After inspections were conducted, as a result as many as 28 PATI people have been detained for various offenses including 15 Indonesian citizens, 8 Chinese citizens, 3 Bangladeshi citizens, one Myanmar citizen and one Pakistani citizen. All detainees were aged between 25 to 46 years. Meanwhile, as many as 4 witness summons have been issued to Malaysian citizens.取締成功主要在現在如下幾個方面，一個是移民局做了大量調查取證工作，比如說涉案的39人被核實，其中28人犯罪事實確認和被拘留，其中有15名印尼人，8名中國人，和3名孟加拉人，1緬甸和1巴基斯坦人，所以人的年齡在25-46歲之間，另外還是4名馬來西亞人參與其中。
In addition, arrests were made on Chinese nationals for misusing a Social Visitor Pass (PLS) to work and stay overtime. While the employer who employs PATI will be called and prosecuted.中國公民應該是拿Social Visitor Pass工簽的，官方說misusing，那么至少是有工簽的，小曹的判斷應該是PVP,雇主要蛋疼了。
All PATI’s detained and placed in Ajil Immigration Detention Depot and will be charged for offenses violating the Immigration Act 1959/63, Passport Act 1966 and Immigration Rules 1963.那么這些人目前都關在Ajil Immigration Detention Depot，等待進一步判決處理。
最近確實有一些人開始關注馬來西亞的采礦活動，具體是什么礦暫時不懂，有工簽但是被KO在錯誤使用上，應該也不會太嚴重，就看那個礦場的本身是合法還是非法了，大概就是這些，希望對各位有用。
